Rituparna Chakraborty was appointed senior vice president of Indian staffing firm TeamLease Services in 2011, having joined the company in 2003 as vice president. Prior to that, she worked as a key account manager for job board Monster. Chakraborty is also one of the founding trustees of the Indian Staffing Federation, which was founded in 2011. She was appointed vice president of the executive board in 2012, later becoming president in 2014.
