Teresa Carroll oversees KellyOCG, the outsourcing and consulting group of Kelly Services, and manages the company’s global sales function and its centralized delivery team. A proponent of the concept of talent supply chain management, Carroll has led KellyOCG to four consecutive years of double-digit growth, earning it a space on the IAOP Global Outsourcing 100. She has been named to the “Women Worth Watching” List by Profiles in Diversity Journal and to SIA’s Staffing 100 list. Carroll serves on the advisory council of the Workable Futures Initiative at the Institute for the Future, an independent, nonprofit research organization based in Palo Alto, Calif.
