Pamela Jung’s expertise lies in start-up ventures, turnarounds and workforce re-engineering. She founded Workforce Solutions Group in 2001 and Healthcare Talent the following year. She navigated the 2021 acquisition of the two organizations by Cross Country Healthcare, creating growth opportunities for staff and expanding service offerings for clients. Still at the helm of WSG, Jung successfully led its turnaround and strategic focus, resulting in double-digit growth and national expansion of client-centric programs. She was also selected by the United Nations to serve on an NGO committee for advancing women’s issues globally.
