Her leadership at Works, Trusted Heath’s software division focusing on flexible workforce innovation, has steered multiple health systems to save millions of dollars in labor costs, achieve double-digit reductions in travel nurse usage and strengthen nurse retention. Kahn thrives on aligning clinicians with their dream careers and is a member of ASA’s Healthcare Council.
