In just a year and a half as executive VP of strategy and development at Signature Consultants, Lydia Wilson has been able to navigate an unexpectedly difficult economic environment. Wilson, who is responsible for developing and executing on growth for the organization, oversaw Signature’s Remote Work Committee, collaborating across the enterprise to transition to alternative work settings with minimal disruption to the business and to employees’ lives. The result: profits increased while Signature maintained a value-based culture during a global pandemic. Going forward, Wilson plans to expand Signature’s footprint in the western US and continue the company’s DE&I initiatives while mentoring and promoting women in leadership.
