A team player who makes those around her better workers, Tara Winn is VP of field operations and enablement at Digital Intelligence Systems, or Disys, and is responsible for sales and recruiting operations, learning and development, sales enablement, proposals, and marketing communications. Over the past two years, Winn has been involved in numerous wins and the ensuing implementations have led Disys to grow to more than $400 million from $256 million. Winn is known as a successful internal collaborator, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders has enabled her to drive mission-critical projects across the organization.
