As chief operating officer at Thomas March Group, Yasmin Harrison oversees a £145 million staffing business specializing in high-volume temporary and permanent recruitment across the UK. Most recently, Harrison led the launch of Recruitment Capital Investments, a platform dedicated to providing investment, strategic advice and back-office support for burgeoning staffing start-ups nationwide. Simultaneously, she introduced a bespoke training division, Ignition Training, catering to small and medium-sized enterprises in the transport sector. With more than 70 businesses in the UK already benefitting, the program is set to expand across EMEA in 2024.
