Pacer Group’s Vinny Dhillon oversees the overall day-to-day operations of Pacer Staffing, Pacer Healthcare Services, NXG and 360 Talent Solutions. As passionate supporter of DE&I and the promotion of women in the technology sector, she has been deeply involved with efforts to hire, train and deploy formerly incarcerated individuals. She also partners closely with Girls Who Code and provides educational scholarships to the youth of the farming village in India where she grew up. Dhillon has led Pacer to appearances on SIA’s 2023 Largest US Staffing Firms and Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms lists.
