Teresa Carroll often says her favorite part of working in the staffing industry is putting people to work. Carroll, who was recently appointed CEO of contingent workforce management provider Magnit, has over 30 years of experience in the human capital industry. She’s known as a trendsetter who helped elevate the industry with innovations in the education and CWM solutions segments. She is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences, including SIA’s 2023 CWS Summit North America and Collaboration in the Gig Economy conferences. She was named to SIA’s Staffing 100 Hall of Fame in 2020.
