Tammi Heaton serves as the co-CEO and COO of PrideStaff, one of the country’s 100 largest staffing firms and a recipient of ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing 10-Year Diamond Award for Client and Talent Satisfaction for the last three consecutive years. In 2021, Heaton spearheaded the creation of G.A. Rogers & Associates in order to expand the company’s direct hire and executive recruiting service lines and led PrideStaff to 30% year-over-year growth. Heaton attributes her success to two guiding principles: innovation within the marketplace and always looking for opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
