Sonja Heinrich began her staffing career in 2014 with Nexpera and in 2019 joined I.K. Hofmann USA as president. She also is a member of I.K. Hofmann’s executive committee in EMEA. During her tenure, Heinrich has invested heavily in building a culture of innovation and high-performing teams. In 2022, the I.K. Hofmann Group became a member of the World Employment Confederation, expanding the firm’s strategic international objectives. Heinrich serves on the board of directors at the German American Chamber of Commerce.
