Sarah Wong is passionate about building strong regional partnerships, retaining a full client portfolio with several significant expansions. She is responsible for client delivery and the engagement and development of more than 2,000 team members in APAC, which has yielded 20% year-over-year growth since 2020. Wong also doubled internal learning and development, delivering over 7,000 training hours in the APAC region year to date. She serves on the APAC board of HRO Today and is a member of the Executives’ General Network. Outside work, she also volunteers with many charitable organizations across Singapore and is a mentor with Big Brother Big Sister.
