With nearly 30 years’ service at Eliassen Group, Peggy Murphy is senior VP of strategic accounts. With her guidance and the expansion of her team, the total number of strategic accounts starts in 2022 increased 44.5% year over year. She’s passionate about bringing one’s whole self to work, as she believes it’s necessary to achieve the genuine human connection that drives a successful team. Murphy hosts a monthly call for Eliassen staff, during which all are welcome to speak transparently about their struggles, concerns and hopes in their work. She is also a co-founder of EmpowHer, an interorganizational group that celebrates and supports women in Eliassen’s workplace.
