Myra Fischer-Rosinger’s career in staffing began in 2006 when swissstaffing had just three employees. Today, as director of the Swiss association of staffing agencies, Fischer-Rosinger’s contributions have helped grow the organization to 30 employees. This year, she was responsible for establishing new quality standards and tools for the staffing industry in the fields of occupational health and safety and digital learning. Looking ahead, she plans to strengthen the positioning of swissstaffing and the staffing industry as a way to improve the flexibilization of the labor market. She also aims to strengthen the quality of the staffing industry by setting standards and providing tools for the ecosystem.
