Margriet Koldijk is chairman of the Randstad Sourceright global leadership team and managing director of global client solutions at Randstad. Koldijk joined Randstad in 2006, having previously worked as COO of Dutch marketing and media company Novamedia. In her current role, Koldijk advises executives on strategic business, HR and talent issues around the world.
