Louise Campbell joined Robert Walters Ireland in 2003 and has held overall responsibility for the company’s Irish operations since then. She started her career as a recruitment consultant at Australia-based Morgan & Banks in 1996. Campbell transferred to London, later moving to Hudson Global where she worked as a managing consultant until 2003. In spite of a particularly challenging economy, under Campbell’s leadership, Robert Walters operated at a loss in Ireland for just one year during the financial crisis. Passionate about training, developing, and retaining talent, Campbell is also director of European Training for Robert Walters.
