Lorna Conn became CEO of Ireland-headquartered talent solutions group Cpl in January 2022 after serving as deputy CEO and CFO. Recently, Conn headed the group’s acquisition of German IT contracting company neusta consulting. The deal, which was completed in July, sees Cpl continue its ambitious expansion plans in Europe. Conn plans to further internationalize Cpl and broaden its existing geographic footprint for its valued clients. The group plans to focus on the US, UK and Germany. Conn is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a qualified chartered director.
