Having started her career as a nurse, Liz Hale is now the CEO of MPLT Healthcare, a locum tenens staffing company, and has built a reputation as a dynamic leader within her own organization and throughout the locum tenens staffing sector. Under her leadership, MPLT has experienced unprecedented revenue growth — $120 million in 2023 — and female representation on the organization’s leadership team has grown to 45%. She is president-elect of the board of directors for the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations and is on the advisory council for the Women Business Collaborative.
