Laurie Reichert is responsible for all nursing and allied professional brands with Ingenovis Health, leveraging her staffing experience to bring continuous improvement to recruiting, credentialing and logistical operations throughout the organization. One of her most recent accomplishments was leading the company through a multi-year technology and process transformation that delivered an integrated employee resource program as well as implementation of a robust applicant tracking system. In addition, Reichert has been passionate about supporting a recently launched IGV scholarship fund which will award $100,000 in nursing scholarships this year.
