Kye Mitchell led strategy and execution that brought in $1.71 billion revenue to Kforce in 2022. She initially joined the company in 2005 when Kforce acquired VistaRMS, where she served as president. In addition to more than 30 years of staffing industry experience, Mitchell has also served as the chair of the Tampa Bay American Heart Association and served as board member with the Tampa chapter of Best Buddies, an organization focused on helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Mitchell had served in the chief operations officer’s role since 2016; she left Kforce in September.
