Kelly Quirk became CEO of Australia-based Harrier Human Capital in 2012, having previously held directorships in Europe with Hays, Randstad and Robert Walters. With extensive experience across four continents, Quirk is recognized as an authority on cross-border resourcing and outsourcing solutions in emerging markets. Quirk was listed among Western Australia’s 40Under40 2015, which recognizes leading business entrepreneurs. She is a graduate in medical science from the University of Plymouth and has an MBA from the University of Southampton.
