With over 15 years in the staffing industry, Katie Kuhl has empowered and elevated her team at LRS Healthcare. In 2023, she spearheaded several initiatives and partnerships within the organization. She launched the LRS Emerging Leaders Program, which connects the next generation of potential leaders to LRS Healthcare’s expanding need for a succession pipeline bench. Kuhl also fostered the relationship between LRS and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Sales Excellence Certificate program, which includes classroom participation, mentorship and the opportunity to define course content. Additionally, she was named one of SIA’s 40 Under 40 earlier this year. Kuhl left LRS Healthcare in September.
