Julia Robertson, CEO of Impellam Group since 2013, has been a prominent figure in the staffing industry since founding her own recruitment business, The Agency, in 1986. A series of acquisitions and progressive leadership roles led Robertson to her current role. During her tenure at Impellam, the firm has grown to deliver over £2.26 billion in annual revenue. Additional accomplishments include a Lifetime Achievement Award at the REC’s Institute of Recruitment, the professional body for the UK recruitment industry in which she had previously served as chief executive.
