In 14 years with PDS Tech, an AKKA Group company, Jessica Johnson has risen from Rookie of the Year recruiter to VP of national accounts. PDS Tech provides staffing and statement-of-work solutions to the aerospace, defense, technology and other industries. Johnson led the national recruiting team to a 34% year-over-year increase in recruitment revenue in 2019, and a 33% increase in recruitment revenue for the first half of 2020. The company also partnered with clients to support production of PPE during the pandemic. Johnson chairs PDS Tech’s Committee for Hiring and Promotion of Women and is a member of Women in Aviation International.
