Janis Grantham is president and COO of Eagle Professional Resources, which ranks among the largest Canadian staffing providers. She co-founded the firm in 1996. It started with 10 employees and now has more than 100 employees across 10 offices. Grantham appeared this year on the 17th annual W100 ranking of Canada’s top female entrepreneurs by PROFT and Chatelaine. Eagle has also been named one of Canada’s “Best Managed Companies” each year since 1999. It was also named one of Canada’s 10 most-admired corporate cultures and one of Canada’s best workplaces.
