Janette Marx joined Airswift in 2014 and became CEO in 2018. She led Airswift’s merger with Competentia in 2021 and is currently leading the organization’s acquisition of Energy Resourcing, which will enhance Airswift’s recruitment offerings in STEM markets. In a career spanning nearly three decades, Marx has been a champion for humanity; she’s on the boards of the American Cancer Society’s CEOs Against Cancer, Junior Achievement, the American Staffing Association and the University of Houston’s Bauer School of Business.
