With 25 years’ staffing industry experience, her mission is to create strong, reliable teams and smart workplaces. In 2023, Elkin launched two major initiatives at IMN: MedAdventures, a quality and care-centric healthcare staffing partner for allied health and nursing professionals, and direct hire service offerings across all IMN business divisions. She also increased the organization’s headcount by 40% in one year’s time and increased revenue in 2022 by 140% year over year.
