When Hetal Parikh co-founded Rangam 25 years ago, she envisioned how the future of DE&I would look for diverse talent. Serving as president, she has been a key leader in creating a culture of empathy that impacts everyone she works with from companies to candidates and support providers. With one in four individuals having some form of disability, she’s championed that nobody from the talent community be left behind. Under her leadership, Rangam consistently pushes the boundaries of traditional staffing, creating innovative, inclusive global workforce solutions. Parikh serves on numerous boards, and her contributions have earned her several prestigious awards.
