With more than 30 years of experience, Elisabetta Bayliss’ recruitment expertise spans the UK and overseas across private and public sectors. She is managing director of Hays Talent Solutions UK & Ireland, a role which she acquired in 2018 after playing a pivotal role in the service provision of MSP and RPO customers. Bayliss is responsible for ensuring clients retain a competitive advantage in talent management through technology-enabled MSP, RPO, CMO, SOW and direct sourcing solutions. Bayliss was appointed to Hays’ management board in 2018 to help shape the performance of the company’s UK & Ireland business.
