With 23 years at Randstad, Dominique Hermans joined the executive leadership team in 2023 as chief executive of Northern Europe, overseeing 13 countries, and recently took leadership of the group strategy function. An advocate for women’s empowerment, Hermans actively engages in the boardroom coaching program, focused on supporting women’s careers toward senior positions. Beyond her corporate endeavors, she channels energy into social projects and is a member of Masterplan Amsterdam, offering over 1,000 people equitable opportunities in the labor market. Hermans is committed to making the world of work a better place by emphasizing equal promotion of all interests for all people.
