DeLibra Wesley is the founder and CEO of National Recruiting Consultants, a women- and minority-owned staffing company which places healthcare providers and special education professionals in K-12 schools. Founded in 2021 during the height of the pandemic, NRC grew by 600% in 2022 and is on target to end 2023 at 200% growth. Wesley also advises staffing firms on strategies for inclusive retention, particularly of BIPOC employees, women and mothers. She’s also the chairperson of the Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Advocacy (IDEA) Group for the American Staffing Association.
