Cynthia Stewart’s passion is improving access to employment opportunities for all, bridging backgrounds and connecting job seekers with employers who value their unique talents and share their mutual goals of DE&I. As founder and president of Power Personnel Inc., a staffing firm that places diverse professionals in the healthcare industry, she’s championed growth; thanks to her efforts, Power Personnel was recognized on SIA’s Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list in 2022 and 2023. A mentor and thought leader, Stewart is a member of Chief Women Executive Leaders and WHCE, and she also serves on several boards. She also enjoys playing USTA Team Tennis.
