Cindy Pasky recently led Strategic Staffing Solutions’ global expansion into Poland, Argentina and the Philippines, creating a consultant force of approximately 100 in these new markets. Beyond her corporate role, Pasky’s impactful presence extends to several esteemed boards and affiliations, including Downtown Detroit Partnership, Michigan Humane Society and Business Leaders for Michigan. Her passion for community development and philanthropy is evident in her extensive involvement. Her favorite aspect of the staffing industry lies in upholding S3’s founding principles: setting high corporate standards, creating jobs, empowering individuals and prioritizing community support — a legacy upheld for 33 years to date.
