Excelsior Staffing’s Cierra Johnson-Belser has made significant contributions to the staffing industry throughout her 10-plus year career. In 2023, she was recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal as a Leader in Diversity & Inclusion award and nominated as the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council MBE Advocate of the Year. In her role as the President of the Society for Human Resources Management, Montgomery Chapter, Johnson-Belser has had the opportunity to speak about staffing trends and inclusive hiring practices to industry leaders. She also serves as a board member for the Women in Manufacturing Alabama Chapter.
