Catherine Phillips joined Spencer Ogden as CFO in 2020 when the company received a majority equity investment from MML Capital Partners. Phillips, whose employment coincided with the onset of Covid-19, helped the company navigate the pandemic with a people-first approach. Recently, she worked to modernize Spencer Ogden’s systems and processes with technology, enabling the organization to be more forward-looking while creating a global platform for continued growth and scale. Phillips is also passionate about career building internally and within candidates, concentrating on their continued success. She currently is focused on growing DE&I, staff development and sustainability.
