Since 2016, Cat Halliwell has served as executive director of operations at Allegis Global Solutions, where she is responsible for contingent workforce management and procurement solutions programs within the EMEA region. She has overseen 39 geographical expansions for clients in the past two years. In addition, her focus on providing professional development opportunities to her team has resulted in 79 promotions since 2018. As the executive sponsor for AGS EMEA’s CSR Council, she promotes volunteering within the local community and supporting charities such as Macmillan and Mind. She has also served as executive sponsor for three employee resource groups.
