Beth Garvey marked a dynamic year in 2023. In April, she orchestrated the company’s expansion into Latin America and India through the acquisition of Arroyo. Garvey played a pivotal role in a $15 million technology enhancement initiative and streamlined operations by consolidating 13 brands into BGSF. Beyond her corporate role, she serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Corporate Directors in North Texas. Garvey also serves as the 2023-2024 chair of Junior Achievement and is an active member of the DEI Diversity Leadership Sub-Council at the Dallas Regional Chamber.
