As director, executive VP and COO at Recruit Holdings, Ayano “Sena” Senaha has played an instrumental role in the company’s global expansion, leading a series of post-merger integrations. Since taking on the role of COO in 2021, Senaha has been credited with establishing and promoting ESG commitment, complete with specific numerical targets set for accomplishment by 2030. She also served as chief of staff at Indeed Inc., which Recruit Holdings acquired in 2012, assuming the position in 2018.
