Ashley Holahan has served as president and CEO of Alpharetta, Georgia-based IDR since 2017. With Holahan at the helm, IDR has achieved substantial growth including increasing headcount threefold, industry verticals twofold and market footprint by one and a half times. The firm has been recognized three times by SIA as a Best Staffing Firm to Work For and twice as a Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firm, most recently for each in 2022. Earlier in her tenure with IDR, she helped drive the company’s conversion to employee ownership as a senior financial manager. Holahan is a member of SIA’s growth advisory board.
