April Hansen enjoys helping organizations take actionable steps toward a sustainable, modern workforce. At Aya Healthcare, the largest healthcare staffing firm in the US, she led the business integration of its latest acquisitions in the AI and predictive analytics space. She also helped grow the organization’s internal hiring solutions by an astounding 1,500%. Outside of Aya, Hansen is the chair of the membership committee of the Wisconsin Organization of Nurse Leaders and co-founded 100 Women Giving Back Northwoods. This year, she served on the Nurse Staffing Task Force, which published national recommendations and imperatives for a sustainable nursing workforce.
