Michelle Sims serves as the CEO of Year Up Professional Resources, also known as Yupro, powering a social mission to support historically excluded talent in securing jobs with fair market wages and economic mobility. Sims and the Yupro team earned several accolades in 2021, including the ClearlyRated Best in Staffing Client Satisfaction Award, and is a two-year consecutive winner of the American Staffing Association Elevate Award for Best Work-Based Learning Program. Sims is on the ASA Women in Leadership Council and the Women’s Leadership Board at Harvard Kennedy School, which seeks to make a social impact through equitable workforce practices.
