CEO Rika Coppens led Belgian HR services firm House of HR through a successful refinancing this year and is leading the company’s ongoing international expansion strategy. She became CEO in 2017 after having served as supervisory board member since May 2016. The group reported revenue of €1.7 billion in 2018. Coppens also is CEO of House of HR subsidiary Accent Jobs. Coppens started her career in 1996 as a CPA at PwC. She held executive leadership roles at Bureau van Dijk Computer Services NV and EFR Group BV prior to joining House of HR.
