Thriving on the energy and fast-paced environment the staffing industry fosters, Rebecca Hamlin has driven 59% improvement in business development KPIs at Engtal, an engineering, construction and technology staffing provider. In 2023, she has been directly responsible for monthly revenue increases of 36% and averaged 10% growth year over year. Hamlin co-developed a graduate training program through which two-thirds of graduates achieved their first deals within three months and 40% achieved 360° deals within six months. She is also a board member and secretary for the Diversify the Future Foundation, a Chicago-based, Engtal-funded program that works to reduce inequality across the STEM industries.
