Melanie Vinci is a member of the executive board of persona service, one of the leading personnel service providers in Germany. Vinci joined persona service as a personnel dispatcher and today is responsible for the operational business of the 217 persona service branches in Germany, and the development of recruitment services, especially in the commercial specialist and management area. In 2020, Vinci became managing director of GVO Young Professionals GmbH and oversees the brand Studyheads, which creates sustainable relationships between companies and students by offering student applicants suitable part-time jobs and companies the correct personnel.
