Marisa Zaharoff has made profound contributions to international staffing as a leader at Avant Healthcare Professionals as well as a registered nurse. She has facilitated the successful immigration of thousands of international healthcare professionals to the US, doubled Avant’s corporate team and collaborated with members of the American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment and the CGFSN (Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools) Alliance to improve international recruitment outcomes. Most recently, she sponsored the launch of Avant’s Global Impact, which focuses on global healthcare sustainability through educational scholarships, inspiring future generations of healthcare professionals and giving back to communities in need.
