Lisa Maxwell started L. Maxwell Global 18 years ago and has built the organization into a global leader in retained search for executives in staffing and professional services. She spearheaded the rebranding of the firm this year, showcasing her strong leadership skills. Maxwell also advises private equity firms on attracting leaders into transformative roles for portfolio companies in human capital, including CEOs, operating partners and more. She was inducted into SIA’s Staffing 100 Hall of Fame in 2019.
