Over her nearly 18-year tenure, Kara Rogan has created a lasting impact on CoWorx Staffing’s operational processes, growth trajectory and success. Since Rogan was appointed CEO in 2022, CoWorx company revenue increased an additional 8% year over year, a record-breaking number for the business. 2023 has proven just as successful cross-dimensionally, focusing on restructuring and streamlining company operations. Under Rogan’s leadership, CoWorx also launched new sales and operational standards, a brand refresh and enhanced learning and development programs. Most recently, the organization became certified with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
