Her guidance propelled global growth, elevating the company’s revenue to over $50 million in the US and $80 million globally. An advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, Haigh mentors women through Women in Revenue and Thrive and is a founding member of Programme One, an initiative addressing the underrepresentation of Black talent in the recruitment industry. Haigh also was an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award finalist in 2022.
