DeLibra Wesley is COO of The Delta Cos., which ranks among the largest US healthcare staffing firms. Wesley has been at the company for 17 years. Appointed within the last year to The Joint Commission’s Healthcare Staffing Advisory Council, she works on priorities that will influence the future of healthcare staffing certification. Diversity and inclusion is Wesley’s major future focus, including training on sensitivity and unconscious bias as well as diversifying her company’s leadership demographic.
