Adams pays close attention to safety loss control and was able to implement strategies at BelFlex to ensure employees are working in safe environments. Under her leadership, BelFlex’s claim frequency rate per $1 million in payroll dropped by 44%, and the loss rate per $100 in payroll went down 53% in the last year alone.
